London City Council meeting takes a turn after all members skip meeting

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A planned regular London city council meeting took a turn on Monday when the council members did not show up.

Despite no quorum for the meeting, a discussion was held about one council member allegedly using a racial slur in court during a domestic violence case. Some prominent leaders from out of town spoke on racial issues.
