KENTUCKY — October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, which is a time to raise awareness about domestic violence, honor survivors and unite allies to end relationship violence.
The monthlong campaign, designated by Congress in 1989, provides an opportunity to learn about the prevalence of domestic violence and support survivor-centered programs and services.
