Search underway in Richmond for missing woman last seen heading to grocery store

RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Golden Alert has been issued in Madison County for a woman who was last seen driving her jeep to the Richmond Meijer on Thursday afternoon.

Eunice Stone, age 76, was last seen around 1 p.m. on Oct. 9 on Box Ankle Road driving a 2016 Jeep Patriot, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office. The license plate on the jeep reads “006-YDH.”

In an update around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 10, deputies asked the community to be on the lookout and corrected the vehicle information to a white Jeep Liberty.
