LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The family of a Madison County man says he died after being tased 40 times while in jail, according to a wrongful death lawsuit.
The lawsuit says Jonathan Mansfield died at UK Hospital on Oct. 10. He was arrested Sept. 27 on a public intoxication charge.
