LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — As kids go out gathering candy on Halloween this year, one Lexington man is getting ready to gather donations to help those most affected by the government shutdown.
Josh Vest is that man. For him, there’s one thing that’s especially scary this Halloween: hunger.
