JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Deputies in Jessamine County wrote that a juvenile had been severely injured on Saturday, with several others hurt after an 18-year-old allegedly assaulted them while armed with a gun.
Around 4 p.m. on Nov. 1, the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office posted on Facebook that 18-year-old Collin Poole had been arrested a short time after the alleged assault.

He was charged with:
- First-degree burglary
- Second-degree assault
- Third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor
- Fourth-degree assault – minor injury
