3 hurt in downtown Lexington ‘disorder,’ police say

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two people were taken to the hospital late Friday night, with a third person refusing treatment after a reported disorder involving a weapon near a downtown intersection.

According to the Lexington Police Department, officers had been dispatched around 11:20 p.m. on Oct. 31 to the area of W Main Street and N Upper Street in response to the reported disorder.

Law enforcement officials said two victims had been hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries, with a third victim who had also been hurt but refused to be taken for treatment.
