1 fighting for life after being hit by car in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One person is in a Lexington hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car late Saturday night.

Around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, officers with the Lexington Police Department told FOX 56 that they were dispatched to the intersection of Eastland Parkway and East New Circle Road in response to reports of a pedestrian who’d been hit by a vehicle.

The victim of the crash was taken to a local hospital, where they are reportedly still being treated for life-threatening injuries.
