NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Nicholasville man is in jail, accused of breaking into a Jessamine County building and assaulting juveniles with a gun on Saturday.
The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office said it happened around 1 a.m. on Nov. 1 at a barn along Granny’s Drive, where a Halloween party had been going on earlier.
According to deputies, they spoke with three 16-year-olds who told them they were assaulted by a man, who was later identified as 18-year-old Collin Poole.

The property owner reportedly told deputies that everyone was told to leave the party around 10 p.m., but Poole tried to come in and was asked to go many times before eventually leaving…
