LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Two people were arrested on Tuesday when the Lexington Police Department used its Real-Time Intelligence Center (RTIC) and helicopters to help find a stolen vehicle.
Officials with the department wrote that around 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 4, specialists at the RTIC told officers that a stolen vehicle had been seen in the area of West Third Street and Newtown Pike.

Law enforcement helicopter crews in the air reportedly followed the car and found it in the 2000 block of Cambridge Drive when a passenger, whom police identified as 18-year-old Donald Quinn III, was dropped off.
Authorities reportedly followed the allegedly stolen vehicle to the intersection of Day Lily Drive and Mountain Laurel Way, where the driver, 18-year-old Antionio Frye, got out and was arrested by officers nearby…
