Lifesaving equipment added to all Jessamine County sheriff’s cruisers

JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Every marked cruiser in service for the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) has just been equipped with technology that could mean the difference between life and death for victims in emergencies.

Officials with the sheriff’s office announced on Facebook around 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6, that the addition of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) was an important initiative to deputies, reflecting their continued commitment to public safety.
