LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky State Auditor Allison Ball is calling out Fayette County Public Schools for what she says amounts to wasteful spending on duplicate audit work, accusing district leaders of seeking a “district-controlled auditor” instead of working with her independent office.
