1 hurt after food trailer catches fire outside Lexington nursing home

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Lexington Fire Department responded to a call on Friday of a vehicle fire.

LFD received the call around 1 p.m. on Nov. 14, of a food trailer that caught on fire.

The trailer was parked downwind in front of the Magnolia Springs nursing home.
