McCUNE, Kan. (KOAM) – John Fox will spend a little over six years in prison for the shooting death of his grandson.
A judge sentenced John D. Fox to 74 months in prison on Monday afternoon. The Crawford County Attorney’s Office says once he’s released, Fox will serve 36 months of supervision and also be registered as a violent offender for 15 years.
