Lexington man accused of pushing gun against woman’s face

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Lexington police arrested a person Saturday after they barricaded themselves in an apartment complex.

Around 4:45 p.m. on Nov. 29, officers with the Lexington Police Department were dispatched to the 2000 block of Lansill Road regarding a person wanted on several charges.

Authorities told FOX 56 News the person was allegedly wanted for first-degree burglary, first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of a handgun by a felon, and first-degree criminal mischief. He’d also been wanted in connection with an unrelated theft investigation.

Officers said the person barricaded themself in an apartment when officers went to pick them up. Officers then negotiated with them for about an hour and a half before they surrendered…
