GARRARD COUNTY Ky. (WKYT) – A Kentucky family is demanding that a death sentence be carried out decades after a man was convicted of murder.
Randy Haight is on death row for the 1985 murders of Patricia Vance and David Omer in Garrard County. Police say he killed the two after escaping from the jail.
