Lexington, Kentucky – A devastating multi-vehicle collision on December 7, 2025, resulted in the deaths of two sisters, aged 33 and 20, in Lexington, Kentucky. The Kentucky State Police reported that the accident occurred around 1:40 PM at the intersection of AA Highway and Walton Pike in Maysville. The sisters were passengers in separate vehicles involved in the crash.

The incident unfolded when a westbound car collided with the rear of a Buick Century. This impact caused the Buick to veer into the eastbound lanes, where it struck a Nissan Sentra. Tragically, the 33-year-old sister was a passenger in the Nissan Sentra, and the 20-year-old sister was a passenger in the Buick Century. Both succumbed to their injuries at the scene. Four other individuals, including a juvenile, were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
