Police identify suspect in Lexington shooting, seek public’s help

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Police have identified a suspect in a shooting that sent bullets into an occupied home Tuesday morning and are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

The Lexington Police Department identified 21-year-old Joshua Burgess as the suspect in the shots-fired incident that occurred on Magoffin Street around 4:45 a.m. Dec. 9.

During the investigation, detectives determined Burgess was responsible for the shooting. People were inside the home at the time. No one was hurt…
