WINCHESTER, Ky. (WKYT) – Winchester Police Department officers and dispatchers are working on Christmas Day to ensure public safety continues around the clock.
The department employs 33 sworn police officers and 16 communications officers. Some of them helped maintain coverage during the holiday.
