LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Temperatures are predicted to drop into the 20s overnight Sunday with wind gusts up to 40 mph.
As a result, snow flurries may follow. With cold temperatures and the possibility of snow, black ice could form on the roads from the evening of Dec. 28 into the morning of Dec. 29, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC).
