Lexington burger restaurant closing after 15 years: ‘Your support meant everything’

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — After 15 and a half years in Lexington, Bad Wolf Burgers won’t see 2026.

Owners of the restaurant posted on Facebook that Bad Wolf Burgers would be closing its doors after Wednesday, Dec. 31, with hopes that supporters would visit one last time.

“From the very beginning, this place has been about more than burgers—it’s been about community, conversations, laughter, regulars who became family, and memories we will carry forever,” members of the North Forbes Road restaurant wrote. “We are beyond grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, supported us, shared a meal, and believed in us over the years.”

The announcement came just a day after legendary late-night spot Tolly Ho announced it would be closing its doors at the end of 2025 as well.

Bad Wolf Burgers thanked everyone who made it the special place it became and wrote that the support of customers over the past decade and a half meant everything to those who worked there…
