Kentuckians see higher premiums after subsidies expire

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Following the longest government shutdown in USA history, lawmakers did not make a deal to extend Affordable Care Act Subsidies, leaving them to expire at the end of 2025.

In Kentucky, roughly 100,000 Kentuckians were enrolled through the program.
