Early Saturday morning, Dalton firefighters found a dead body… burning in this house on South Grimes Street.
Authorities say firefighters discovered the badly burned body of the victim inside of the house while searching the structure.
the medical examiner is going to need to be involved in that process just due to the severity of the injuries, city spokesman Bruce Frazier said.
Authorities say due to the suspicious nature of the woman’s death, firefighters called in the Dalton Police Department, Whitfield County Coroner’s Office, and the Fire Marshall’s office to assist with their investigation…
