Martinsville, Indiana, man killed after police chase in Kentucky
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WISH) — A man from Indiana is dead after a crash on I-64 Sunday morning in Frankfort, Kentucky.
The Franklin County Coroner’s office has identified the individual as 30-year-old Ryan Ebler of Martinsville, Indiana.
