LAFAYETTE, IN — The Jan. 18 shootings of Tippecanoe Superior 2 Judge Steven Meyer and his wife, Kimberly Meyer, appear to be a gang hit on behalf of a Lafayette man who was scheduled to stand trial Jan. 20 in Meyer’s court on gun, intimidation and domestic battery charges, according to court records.
Thomas Moss, 43, was one of five people either directly or indirectly involved in the shootings, according to prosecutors, and the investigation spanned Lafayette, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.
