LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Explosive material was found Thursday during an investigation at a Lexington residence, police said.

Lexington police told FOX 56 that investigators discovered the material Jan. 22 at a home in the 3200 block of Tates Creek Road.
As a precaution, the Lexington Police Department Hazardous Devices Unit responded to the scene and secured the material.
