LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Grocery store aisles were filled with shoppers Friday afternoon as people made final preparations for the winter storm, which is expected to keep them indoors all weekend.
The storm brings the possibility of power outages; therefore, store managers recommend shelf-stable proteins and soups that don’t require electricity. Shoppers picked over shelves of water, bread, and meat at the Meijer location off Reynold Road.
