Hope Center seeks urgent help as Lexington braces for winter storm

LEXINGTON, Ky. — A Lexington facility that serves as a shelter and transitional living center for individuals in recovery is seeking additional support.

The Hope Center in Lexington has been committed to making a difference in people’s lives every day for over three decades. Chris Peck, the chief advancement officer, said last year was filled with increased services.

“We do street outreach. One Parent Scholar House — which helps single parents pursue college — is now part of our program,” Peck said…
