KENTUCKY (WKYT) – Lexington crews have made significant progress clearing roads after this week’s winter storm, but the city cannot treat every street due to limited resources, officials said.
Streets and Roads Director Rob Allen said the city lacks the capacity to clear all roads in Lexington.
“As far as treating every road, we’ve gone around and around about this. Um, we just don’t have the resources,” Allen said. “We are getting back into the neighborhood roads, but no, we’re not trying to get every street.”…
