LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Snow and ice covered the Fayette Mall Parking lot Wednesday, when Holly Smith pulled up in front of Pie Five to pick up a Doordash order.
“I was not parked illegally. I was not in a fire parking spot. I was just parked on the side real quick to run in there and get the customer’s order,” Smith said.
