A teen was shot and killed Thursday in a parking lot off Versailles Road in Lexington, according to city police.
The shooting happened around 4 p.m. in the 1500 block of Versailles Road, just west of Red Mile Road. Police said officers and EMS personnel tried to help the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
