RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) – Richmond Police responded to a barricade situation on Park Crest Drive Monday afternoon that ended with the subject being taken into custody.
Officer Makenzie Davis with Richmond Police said officers received a report earlier Monday of a suicidal and homicidal person. A short pursuit occurred near car dealerships.
