LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Cabinet for Health and Family Services has confirmed they are investigating multiple allegations of physical abuse and inadequate supervision at The Kidz Club PPEC, a Lexington daycare that serves children with medical needs.
WKYT Investigates has been looking into claims of negligence made against the daycare for the last two months.
