LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A Fayette County Circuit Judge ruled Tuesday that Lexington Blue and companies affiliated with it are permanently prohibited from operating businesses in Kentucky.
The Attorney General says many Kentuckians have been taken advantage of by the former roofing company. In June 2025, Attorney General Coleman claimed the company accepted nearly $5 million for more than 300 projects, many of them untouched.
