FRANKFORT, Ky. (FOX 56) — Three women were charged in Franklin County on accusations of abusing minors from June 2019 to January 2026.
Court records show that 48-year-old Constance Perry, 62-year-old Jenny Weeks, and 37-year-old Lauren Owens were indicted on Tuesday, Feb. 10, on 30 counts of criminal abuse, strangulation, or failing to report the abuse of children under 12.
Beginning on June 18, 2019, Perry, Weeks, and Owens were accused of abusing several children. Most of the allegations included the strangulation of children under 12 in their care.
