LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Winchester Police Department is investigating overnight car thefts in the Boone Avenue area.
One suspect is in custody, police said, and property believed to have been stolen has been recovered, including firearms.
Police have identified a second suspect who the department said they would be “tracking down shortly.”…
