Modern Pantry, which opened its first spot a little more than a year ago, is expanding, taking over Clark’s Main Street Market across from the downtown Lexington convention center.
The first location opened in late 2024 at 127 W. Main St. on the ground floor of an historic three-story building with offices upstairs.
The second will open on Feb. 26 at 519 W. Main St. That’s the former location of a Clark’s Pump-N-Shop, across from the Central Bank Center and Rupp Arena.
