LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — One of Lexington’s top vegan eateries is facing some of its toughest challenges.
Moody Mike’s Food Truck is a food truck and cafe that opened in 2020 as Lexington’s first vegan food truck, according to its Facebook page.
Moody Mike’s “has become a beloved spot for those seeking delicious, healthy food options,” according to a GoFundMe campaign.
