LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council has taken the first steps to approve a zone change for a development that will add 491 beds between Prall and Montmullin streets in the city’s historic Pralltown neighborhood.
The initial vote approved a plan by developer Subtext, down from an original proposal of 800 beds. The council’s final vote on the zone change is scheduled for the March 12 meeting.
