Man arrested for allegedly breaking into Andy Barr’s Senate campaign office in Lexington

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested, accused of damaging a Kentucky Senate candidate’s campaign headquarters in Lexington.

Friday, Feb. 27, 39-year-old Blake Lashelle was arrested in Madison County and charged with felony criminal mischief for allegedly breaking into and causing damaging to Andy Barr headquarters on Thursday, according to Barr’s campaign office.

Lexington Police said they responded Thursday around 2:45 p.m. to Barr’s campaign headquarters on a vandalism report. When police arrived, the suspect, Lashelle, was gone and no staff members were injured…
