LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Multiple puppies were found on Tuesday in Lexington and tested positive for a highly contagious, often deadly viral infection.
The Lexington-Fayette Animal Care and Control said that three puppies were found on March 3 on Augusta Drive. All three were showing signs of illness and tested positive for canine parvovirus (CPV-2, also known as “parvo”).
