LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – An empty building in Lexington’s Chevy Chase neighborhood could soon have a new purpose, and not everyone is on board.
ZLD Partners submitted an application to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for a conditional use permit. The company is seeking to convert the property at 319 Duke Road into an inpatient mental health facility.
City staff recommends the Board of Adjustment approve the permit at Monday’s regular meeting, while some people urge their neighbors to attend in opposition.
