A Lexington man is facing federal charges after allegedly distributing fentanyl in Perry and other counties.
According to an affidavit written by Hazard Police Department Capt. James Grigsby, in March 2025, an investigation began into individuals who were believed to be responsible for bringing drugs in that were sold in Breathitt and Perry counties.
