$14.1M expansion to bring new retail spaces to Lexington’s Fritz Farm

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A major expansion is coming for Lexington’s Fritz Farm.

Hendricks Commercial Properties announced the investment on Tuesday, March 17. Fritz Farm, located off Nicholasville Road, features over 72 “carefully cultivated” shops and restaurants.

According to the announcement, the $14.1 million expansion will bring three new retail spaces and more than 30,000 square feet of shopping and dining space to “one of Lexington’s most popular destinations.”

Construction is expected to begin sometime in March, developers note.

“This next phase of development reflects the continued momentum at Fritz Farm,” CEO of Hendricks Commercial Properties Rob Gerbitz said. “Consumers are looking for destinations that bring together shopping, dining, and experiences in one place. This expansion allows us to introduce new brands while continuing to elevate the overall experience for the Lexington community.”
