LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Another round of winter weather hit Lexington, and once again, some are questioning how the city handled responding to road conditions.
Mayor Linda Gorton said, like other recent weather events, the biggest issue hasn’t been the snow; it’s been the ice.

According to Gorton, the city’s Emergency Management Division has been in contact with the University of Kentucky, the state, and the National Weather Service.
“Our Emergency Management Division has been in contact with UK, the state, and the National Weather Service, confirming what was described as several violent outbursts of snow this morning,” she said…
