Funeral arrangements announced for 16-year-old killed in Scott County crash

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (FOX 56) — The funeral arrangements for Case Wilson, 16, the Great Crossing Warhawks teammate and a cherished friend in his local community, have been announced by Johnson’s Funeral Home.

Wilson, 16, was killed in a March 22 crash along Newtown Pike. Members of the funeral home said he had a strong passion for his friends, gaming, anime, and connecting with others through unique interests. He was a dedicated Great Crossing center fielder who wore the jersey with pride.

A visitation and celebration of life service will start at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, at Grace Christian Church in Georgetown, per the funeral home. Funeral services will start around 2 p.m. following the visitation.
