Downtown Lexington incident sparks safety concerns after car drives into crowd

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A chaotic scene in downtown Lexington on Sunday is now raising new concerns about safety as warmer weather brings more people out.

A video from the scene showed a car driving into a group of people. Police have identified the driver as Kaydence Carpenter, 20, of Frankfort.
