Cold case: Kentucky man vanished in 1997 delivering Easter baskets

LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Kentucky State Police is still searching for a man who has been missing for 29 years.

Charles C. Massey, of Madisonville, went missing in Hopkins County in 1997.

He was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area.

Massey is described as being about 6 feet tall, around 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
