RICHMOND, Ky. (FOX 56) — Along Moran Summit Road in Madison County, a routine project turned into a disturbing discovery.
Officials said someone working on a water line on a farm found human remains on Saturday morning, believed to be those of a man between 40 and 65 years old.

“It’s hard to say for sure how long he had been there. That’s all really dependent on lots of factors, including weather, whether it’s cold or warm, but it would probably be at least a couple of months because it was mostly, mostly skeletonized,” Madison County Chief Deputy Coroner Carlos Coyle said.
Coyle said based on current evidence, foul play is not suspected…
