CARLISLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — New details continue to emerge a year after a naked man covered in blood was found along a Carter County highway, moments after police say he brutally killed two people.
Around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2025, Kentucky State Police (KSP) announced troopers were investigating a double homicide in Bourbon County. Court documents show that around 2:30 a.m., Christopher Taulbee allegedly killed the mother of his child, along with a man police said she was in a dating relationship with. Taulbee was 19 at the time of his arrest.
